List simultaneous site loads
Separate continuous loads such as lighting and site offices from intermittent loads such as pumps, hoists, welders and compressors. Mark which machines can start at the same time, because the worst operating combination—not the sum of every nameplate—drives the first sizing calculation.

Review motor and welder demand
Direct-on-line motors can draw several times running current during acceleration, while welding loads change quickly. Send motor kW, voltage, starting method and the largest welding load so we can review voltage-dip risk instead of selecting from running watts alone.

Plan fuel and site protection
Diesel is normally the first construction-site comparison because fuel can be stored and delivered without a permanent gas connection. We also need altitude, temperature, dust, rain exposure, ventilation clearance, cable distance and daily runtime before confirming the enclosure and duty.

Prepare the construction RFQ
Send the load list, starting sequence, voltage, frequency, phase, expected hours, required mobility, sound target and destination. Our factory will identify a preliminary class and state which assumptions still need project or electrical-engineering confirmation.
