Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, work email, country, application, fuel preference, required output, electrical information, operating conditions and message. Do not send passwords, payment-card data or unrelated sensitive personal information.
How we use inquiry information
We use the information to understand the generator request, reply to you, prepare a possible quotation, identify support needs and maintain necessary business records. We do not use an incomplete inquiry to claim that a project, order or customer relationship exists.
Form and hosting provider
The website uses Netlify Forms and Netlify hosting. Submitted information may therefore be processed and stored by Netlify as part of providing those services. Their infrastructure may process data in countries different from your own.
Cookies and measurement
The current website does not intentionally install advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and security services may still use essential technical data such as IP address, request time, browser information and logs to deliver and protect the website.
Retention and sharing
We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a supply request, maintain records and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell inquiry information. We may share it with service providers or project personnel only when reasonably needed for the request or required by law.
Your request
You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Use the contact page and identify the original inquiry email so the request can be matched safely.
