Generator application

Remote Site Generator Power

Plan generator capacity, fuel autonomy and service access where grid power is unavailable or unreliable.

Factory overview

What we build and what we need from you.

A remote generator must be selected around more than peak kVA. We review the load profile, daily energy, largest start, fuel-delivery interval, ambient conditions and maintenance access. These details show whether a confirmed GENKVA class can operate reliably within a wider remote-power plan.

01

Build a 24-hour load profile

List base loads, daytime peaks, nighttime loads and intermittent motors by hour. Daily energy and minimum loading matter alongside peak capacity, especially when the generator will run for long periods rather than only during outages.

02

Calculate realistic autonomy

State expected runtime, delivered fuel price, tank or gas-supply limits and the maximum interval between deliveries. Add a project-controlled reserve, but do not use a generic autonomy claim without the exact generator consumption data and operating load.

03

Apply environmental inputs

Give altitude, temperature range, humidity, dust, salt exposure, rainfall, access limits and available installation space. Output and cooling can require review under harsh conditions, while service doors and component-removal paths must remain usable.

04

Plan service before shipment

Identify who will commission and maintain the set, what communications are available and which consumables or critical spares need to be held locally. Send this service plan with the load and fuel data so the quotation reflects the real location.
