Document the requested component
Photograph the whole installation, the component in position, connectors and every marking. State quantity and whether the request is for scheduled maintenance, stock, damage or fault diagnosis. Do not discard the original part until identification is complete.
Describe symptoms before replacement
For a fault, report alarms, measurements, when the issue occurs, recent maintenance and any changes made. A failed fuse or sensor may be the result of another problem; replacing a component without diagnosis can repeat the failure.
Wait for written compatibility
We will compare the evidence with available records and state the confirmed scope. Do not order or install a visually similar part based only on a website image. Installation and testing must follow the applicable manual and be completed by qualified personnel.
