Confirm the installed equipment
Record nameplate details and compare the delivered generator, engine, alternator, controller, breaker and accessories with the agreed supply scope. Photograph identification plates and wiring terminations before covers are closed.

Complete the pre-start inspection
Qualified personnel should verify foundation, mounts, fluids, battery polarity, coolant, guards, ventilation, exhaust, fuel integrity, cables, grounding, protection and emergency stop. Do not use startup to discover an incomplete installation.

Control startup and load testing
Use an approved sequence for cranking, warm-up, voltage and frequency checks, alarm verification, transfer testing and staged load application. Record readings at each stage and stop if pressure, temperature, vibration, leakage or electrical behavior is abnormal.

Create the handover package
Retain settings, test results, model references, manuals, parts information, operator training record and unresolved items. Send our factory clear evidence of any equipment-related issue so we can identify the correct support scope.
